I’ve been using all types of natural deodorant for years.
I started out transitioning from supermarket smelly brands to more natural ones found in health food shops, but I never found any that worked great for me.
I tried straight bicarb for a while, but that wasn’t my solution.
Then one day, I tried straight lemon juice – freshly squeezed off the tree. It was a total success and I’ve never looked back.
You can ensure you have a supply all year round by cutting up segments of lemons (or limes) and putting them in your freezer. Simply get out a segment when required, rub on your pits and pop leftover segment in the compost.
I love me a zero waste, natural, extremely effective solution!!
How bout you? Do you have any successes or failures you’d like to share? I’d love to hear about them below!
